Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Malted and unmalted barley form the foundation of Redbreast 12 Year Old, a single pot still Irish whiskey made at Midleton. Triple distillation in copper pot stills is followed by twelve years of maturation in bourbon and sherry casks.

Fruit and spice meet toasted wood on the nose. The palate brings those notes together with sherry character and a silky texture, followed by a long finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof, this is Redbreast’s standard 12 Year Old expression.
