The sweetness of the Chƒteau Suduiraut wine and the toasted staves of the French oak wine casks would complement Jefferson Reserve?s well-aged, complex Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey. After hand selecting forty Suduiraut barrels, refilling them and extra aging them in the proprietary ?hot box? environment, a one-of-a-kind bourbon was created.
