High West Silver Western Oat Whiskey

High West Silver Whiskey is produced in very small batches in traditional copper pot stills from plump western grains. The whiskey is minimally aged in toasted oak to enhance the grain's honest flavor. Called "Silver" after the ore that created Park City, one of the richest silver towns in the old West.
