Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 is an unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky made with organically grown Scottish barley from Mid Coul farm near Inverness. The 2011 vintage places barley provenance at the centre of the expression.

Maturation in American oak brings together floral aromas, creamy vanilla and fudge, with honeyed citrus, ripe fruit and gentle spice. These notes accompany the whisky's rich, creamy texture.

Bottled at 50% ABV, The Organic 2011 offers a fruit-and-vanilla profile with a soft, sweet finish. Its character reflects the combination of organic barley and oak maturation.
